We use trusted service providers (such as our payment processor and AI voice and music providers) solely to operate TalkToSong, and only to the extent necessary to deliver our service. We do not send marketing text messages. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Information we collect

  • Your name and phone number, provided when you call to create a song or when you complete an online purchase
  • The content of your conversation with our AI voice agent during your call
  • Payment information, processed securely by Stripe — we do not store your card details ourselves

How we use your information

  • To write and generate your custom song
  • To deliver your finished song by text message
  • To process payment for your order
  • To respond if you contact us with a question

AI voice agent and call recording

When you call TalkToSong, your call is handled by an automated AI voice agent, not a human. Your call may be recorded. The recording and the conversation are processed by our service providers — including our voice-agent provider and its AI model providers — solely to create and deliver your song and to operate and improve our service. This operational processing is separate from marketing. We do not share your information with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.

AI conversation

TalkToSong uses an automated AI voice, not a human. The conversation may be recorded and processed by our voice and music providers solely to write, record, and deliver your song and to operate our service. We do not use that conversation to send you marketing texts.

Data retention

We retain order records, including your phone number and song details, for as long as necessary to provide our service and maintain business records.
